One of the problems that I experience with meditation is when to do it. My days are usually packed with plenty of activities in different locations. I never know when a few minutes will present itself for meditation, so I want to be sure that I have some sort of guided meditation at hand. Unfortunately I am not one of those people that are super disciplined and get up an hour early so that they can get their meditation done at the start of their day and set their intention for the rest of the day. I do like staying in bed as long as possible.
